An investment of around 3 billion dollars that will have 700 diamond hotels with 2 rooms each, an 120-hole golf course, commercial areas, a stadium for events, a water park, a driving academy, among others. In addition to generating at least 18 jobs.

“With the technology that we will implement in the project, we will have the best automobile complex in the world, which will not be compared to those in Dubai and Qatar.”

It was stated that all the permits with environmental impact matters are already being processed before the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources and regarding the layout of the circuit, they are being reviewed by the FIA (International Automobile Federation), since it must have the regulations, engineering and technology that this institution establishes. In addition, there is full support from the Governor of the State of Quintana Roo, Carlos Joaquín González and the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

With this project, one more attraction is added to the Riviera Maya, increasing the leisure options for the large number of tourists who arrive daily at the destination, generating an approximate annual income of 800 million USD.
